After graduating from UBC in 1998, Angela Girard’s career path led her to reside in North Vancouver:
with a North Shore strata management company
Licensed strata management company in North Vancouver:
- Managed 16 strata corporations with a team of two staff
- Entrusted with nearly $2 million in strata trust funds
- Contract administration for building envelop restoration project
Real Estate Council of BC
- Staff appointed representative on the Strata Management Advisory Committee and Rental Property Management Advisory Committee tasked with forming policy to protect the public with respect to these services
- Staff appointed representative on the development of the Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) respecting strata disputes
Full-time mom
Federation of Associations for Counselling Therapists in BC (FACTBC)
FACTBC has a mandate to establish provincial regulation for the counselling therapy profession
City of North Vancouver
BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC)
Investigating public complaints made against BCACC’s member counselling therapists
